Narcolepsy and DSPS: Can co-exist very uncommonly in the same patient. Two different disorders.

Second opinion: Dsps (delayed sleep phase syndrome, ) or narcolepsy...Interesting distinction. What is important is what to do about it. I would consider another opinion and ask as many questions as you can.
