There is at times positive and negative results from many types of tests. It's always best to wait 5 or more days for a new test. Best is 2 weeks after ovulation since there may not be enough HCG hormone produced to render a true result.

I would assume you had 2 urine tests done, not blood test. If I am correct then your doctor should order a blood test for confirmation.
