Underarm 8cm long rubbery smooth area. worried it's a lymph. two doctors agree not a lymph & normal structure. but i can't feel it on other side. why?

Everyone: Usually has differences on one side from the other. One foot is longer, one hand longer, one toe on one foot longer on one side, a mole on one side but not the other. We are not the same right to left. There is no real explanation except we are not perfect and that is normal!
