Let your doctor guid: Your doctor can guide you further. Nodes are worrisome if they are hard to palpation and are more than one cm in size. So ask your doctor about what he/she thinks these are due to? If they are getting bigger a x-ray/scan or a biopsy may be needed if the doctor suspects that the nodes are diseased.
