Bone graft: Taken from knee?! for what ? If swollen and red and hot, and with fevers, talk to doctor to rule out infection.

Need more info..: Cannot answer your question w/ out more information. Was bone graft taken from your proximal tibia( near your knee)? For what reason? How long ago was this procedure done? Or did you have a cartilage graft placed in your knee( oats)...?
