bone pain in left leg below knee, hurts more when resting, no swelling and i lead a last lifestyle, only walking 5mins a day now?

There: Is a growth plate right there on the tibia plateau that gets sore during activity. Ice, rest, topical anti-inflammatory, it should pass. If persist discuss with orthopedics.
