Can't stand more than 5 minutes right leg is numb down front of thigh to knee. very sharp pain feels like inside of bone. sitting helps but numbness never leaves. sometimes feels like thigh and knee are swollen but isn't any swelling?

Nerve: Sounds like you have a nerve entrapment in the leg. Something could be pressing on the nerve. Need to see a doctor for exam, possible imaging or vascular testing to find what is causing the problem. There maybe a problem with the circulation that is causing the leg to feel swollen but you can't see anything. See a doctor for further work up.
