Deficient in D: A few years ago this was considered normal but now the normal range is considered 30-100 ; optimal range 50-80. Low d can cause many symptoms (including muscle aches ; fatigue) ; increases risk of autoimmune ; heart disease ; cancer. Most adults need 5-8000 iu/day of d3 to achieve optimal levels.
