Take more!: I have no idea how much vit d you are taking but most adults need to take 5-8, 000 iu/day to achieve optimal levels and if you're low it is safe and reasonable to try 10, 000 iu/day. Only take d3, not d2. It's best to take with 5-10, 000 iu of vit a and 1 mg of vit k too as they work as a team.
