I haven't been able to bring this body temp of 100 for over 24 hrs not. my pcp told me not to worry? i have crohn's but gi says its not from that

See details: This question is impossible to answer without a thorough history, physical exam and appropriate studies. If you have blood in your stool then it may be active crohn's disease.
