Edema: Swollen feet and legs are very common during this stage of your pregnancy. Try to avoid standing for long periods of time. Elevate your feet throughout the day. If you are able, walking can help pump fluid out of your feet and legs. If your swelling does not improve, consider wearing compression stockings. And make sure to take care of your swollen feet by wearing supportive, comfortable shoes.
