Compression stocking: The pressure of the baby on to draining system- veins is one of the causes for venous reflux. To prevent swelling, pain, and cramps use compression stockings 20mmHg. Also, elevate your legs/feet when in bed or at home. Usually it gets better after the baby, residual disease can be treated with ablation in future if it persists.
