I have pfps and am in my 4th week of pt at a place with drs of pt. did my therapy cause this? i don't know how to proceed with therapy.

Incomplete info: Are you in therapy for pfps? If not why are you undergoing pt? It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful answer without examining you and it would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor.
