Talk with doctors...: It's not common for one at 21 having enlarged prostate to cause voiding symptoms, instead, usually related with the spam and poor relaxation of pelvic floor muscle with or without UTI or plus infection or inflammation of the prostate. For care, a reasonable solution could be achieved through a good history, adequate physical exam, ua, and others, so, go to see experts timely... Best wishes...
