Prostatitis: Enlargement of the prostate in a 27-year-old male is almost always due to the information associated with prostatitis. This is a clinical diagnosis not really confirmed by cystoscopy. You might want to get another opinion.

Seek help from PCP: You are likely to have prostatitis which is often a difficult condition to diagnose and treat. Yet some medical options will be available through either your pcp(family doctor/internist) or through an infectious disease specialist. You will have to be patient with this problem.
