Possibly: Febrile seizures are a common issue in the 6m-6yr age group. They are thought to represent a immature brain sensitivity instead of a permanent problem in most cases.Of the fs patients, ~ half will have more than one (ever) and with the 2nd comes the possibility of many. There is still the possibility that the kid will grow out of it. Yet, a few will have epilepsy as adults.
