Need more info: I would need to know your hemoglobin, hematocrit, and your total white blood count to know if the numbers above have any significance. Your % of lymphocytes might be a bit high. This can be a normal variant, or due to a viral infection (like mononucleosis). Without the total wbc, it's hard to say. Seeing a hematologist is a good idea.

Good idea: Considering the high leukocyte count that appears to be mostly the consequence of a significantly increased lymphocyte count, it is a good idea for the patient to consult a hematologist in order to address the possibility of hematologic malignancy, especially chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
