Milk reaction: Vomiting or runny stools with introducing milk suggest an intolerance of milk. This is related to food allergy. A true milk allergy of a more serious nature usually presents with blood in the stool from the intestines.

Possible: Any food allergy can be linked to anaphylactic reaction and thus avoidance is recommended. The good news is that milk allergy often subsides after a couple of years and that many can tolerate baked milk products. Perhaps an allergy consult is indicated in this case.
