Yes : You could be allergic to anything over time. If you have not had a reaction in the past to something, there is no need to avoid it.

Coffee allergy: If you buy ground coffee and don't grind your own beans, you may be reacting to the cockroach content in coffee. All ground coffee has some level of grounded roach in it and if you are allergic to the latter, you will react to coffee. See an allergist and get tested.
