My basophil count is raised at 0.04 and im 8 weeks pregnant. all other blood was ok apart from low tsh. any idea what could be causing this.

Still OK: This basophils is still too low and should not be a reason for concern unless there is other blood count abnormalities or is rising . We need to remember that there is lab variations that may account for some changes in blood counts between draws and labs.. I recommend repeat blood work in few months.

It's fine: That's a perfectly okay basophil count in my book.
