Headaches: Treatment with medications is not the sole therapy for migraines. You're on both borders and preventative medications. With the use of norco, (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) there is a greater chance of drug rebound headaches. However, you need to know what are the triggers of your headaches and try to alleviate as many triggers as possible.

Migraine : Treatment with Botox injections has been succesful in many patients. Talk to your neurologist about this option. Good luck!

Triptans: I'm neither a neurologist nor do I know your full medical history , however it doesn't seem like you've tried drugs from the triptan class yet which can provide fast relief. Sumatriptan, imitrex (sumatriptan).
