Headaches: Treatment with medications is not the sole therapy for migraines. You're on both borders and preventative medications. However, you need to know what are the triggers of your headaches and try to alleviate as many triggers as possible.

Triptans: I'm neither a neurologist nor do I know your full medical history , however it doesn't seem like you've tried drugs from the triptan class yet which can provide fast relief. Sumatriptan, imitrex (sumatriptan).
