Tongue piercing: The tongue has a large blood supply and bleeds easily. The mouth is full of bacteria so you are at risk of infection even if you do not notice symptoms. Take the piercing out and let your tongue heal.

Oral surgeon: Please have an oral surgeon examine your tongue asap. There are blood vessels that are larger than fine capillaries in tongue, and when it is damaged it may continue to bleed. Even then, it should stop eventually. What you are experiencing may be slow clotting of blood, which itself also needs to be looked at as well. Open wound in mouth attract may harmful bacteria to enter the body. See os asap.

Get it checked out: Tongues are very vascular and can bleed easily. Extended bleeding could be caused by the constant movement of the tongue disrupting the blood clot and epithelialization of the pierced pathway through your tongue. Swelling of the tongue can be life threatening so don't mess if you have an issue.
