Sinus infection?: You may have a sinus infection and your doctor should be able to help you with that in addition to finding out the cause for your constant nasal congestion.

Sinusitis?: Sounds like you have a sinus infection- more likely bacterial if the duration have been over 2 weeks. You may need an abx- see your doctor.
