Sinusitis?: Sounds like you have a sinus infection- more likely bacterial if the duration have been over 2 weeks. You may need an abx- see your doctor.

Probably the most: useful sign in deciding what treatment to recommend for sinusitis is whether or not you have a fever (temperature >101). That, along with the colored (green) discharge would suggest strong consideration of antibiotic therapy. This would be added to nasal irrigation, humidification, nasal decongestants, pain medications as managed by your physician who may also recommend tests/imaging. Good wishes.
