Heavy chest congestion / non productive cough / after 8-9 day cold / expectorants (2 weeks) not producing mucus / no nasal congestion / headaches :(?

Pneumonia?: The only way in which to resolve this question is to be seen by a doctor and examined. Cannot possibly diagnose over the internet, and anybody with respiratory difficulties should definitely be seen.
