Oral fluconazole?: Fluconazole is usually effective against vaginal yeast in a single dose by mouth. Higher doses may be risky in pregnancy, but only in the first trimester; single doses are generally considered safe throughout pregnancy (http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/DrugSafety/ucm266030.htm). OTOH, some yeasts are resistant to fluconazole and all "azole" drugs, but still there are other options. Discuss again w/ doctor
