Need fertility doc: I am assuming that you have probably seen a fertility specialist, but I am going to have you consider: 1. Your partner needs a semen analysis 2. You need re-evaluation of your tubes (especially give prior myomectomy) 3. Given pcos and failed clomid, (clomiphene) you likely need more aggressive ovulation induction and iui. Good luck!
