Drilling: Going to Clomid (clomiphene) 150mg would be a mistake. Therefore you are looking at gonadotropin meds vs. ovarian drilling. Both of these are good options if you have a competent infertility team/consultant. Statistically, these are equal in efficacy. if you are high risk surgically, gonadotropin rx is better. Otherwise, I would say these options are pretty equal.
