Im 1.65m and 60 kilos. age 25 been ttc for 2 years. have pcos. clomid (clomiphene) 100mg helped growing an egg of 16mm. is ovarian drilling a good option for me?

Drilling: Going to Clomid (clomiphene) 150mg would be a mistake. Therefore you are looking at gonadotropin meds vs. ovarian drilling. Both of these are good options if you have a competent infertility team/consultant. Statistically, these are equal in efficacy. if you are high risk surgically, gonadotropin rx is better. Otherwise, I would say these options are pretty equal.
