Need More Info: Ovarian drilling is a procedure that has variable effectiveness. It also is dependent on how aggressive an ovarian drilling was performed. Also, Clomid (clomiphene) may take upto 4 cycles to work. It may be best to see if you ovulate on your own after the drilling. There are other drugs and hormones that can help you if Clomid (clomiphene) does not work. Good luck1
