Ovulation delays,: irregularity, can be from polycystic ovarian syndrome, or thyroid issues, to name a few possible causes. Testing with your doctor can be helpful, and chart a treatment plan if needed. Sono, can show ovulation, but blocked tubes are not easily seen. Day 12, 14 and 16 of a 30 day cycle are the most fertile.
