Ovarian drilling done on jun 21(cd6).today is cd10.follicle size ranges between 6 to 7mm. is it possible to conceive in this cycle?

Not likely: The follicles are too small, but more important, you just had the surgery where your ovaries were traumatized by the drilling. You need to let them heal for a few weeks before you worry about ovulation and conception. Give it a month, then see if you are ovulating the next cycle.
