Ovarian Cysts: Ovarian cysts can be completely normal and may never affect your fertility; in fact your ovary is supposed to make cysts which are like little houses for your developing eggs. Sometimes the cysts don't resolve though and they stay, which is fine because they'll eventually go away. The only worrisome cysts affecting fertility is endometriosis. Your md can tell you if you have a cyst like this.
