Follicular cysts are normal in ovaries. If menstrual cycles are regular (24-32 days apart in general) and hormonal analyses show normal estrogen, progesterone and FSH ( generally less than 10) levels, conception is usually possible if male factors are also normal. If pregnancy is delayed, ask your GYN physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to ensure tubes are patent.
