I had minor knee pain but after i went acupuncture, it got worse with soreness and weakness in my whole leg especially after when i stretch the muscle?

Several possibile: You may have referred pain from you lower back that progressed and the acupuncture was coincidental. It is unusually of acupuncture to make it worse unless they did it wrong. I advise you to seek medical evaluation.

If pain increases - it should dissipate within 1 to 3 days. This means that the acupuncture is effecting a change.
