need more info: Without knowing more info about the nerve block procedure, there's not much we can help you with. You mention shoulder pain and leg weakness. They are not likely related, unless perhaps you had a cervical epidural or something. If you have leg weakness that you think is related to your block you need to contact the physician that performed the block asap or call your surgeon. Asap for an eval!

Call physician: You should contact the physician who performed the procedure as soon as possible; your symptoms may be a complication of the nerve block or a progression of the underlying problem.
