It can be: Raynauds disease commonly occurs along with collagen vascular disorders where arthritis is the main symptom. Your arthritis specialist(rheumatologist) can explain and tell you if you have raynauds disease or not.

blood vessel diseas: Raynaud's disease is due to spasm of the muscular lining of the blood vessels due to temperature extremes. It does not affect joints or muscles. I'm sorry, but the most obvious answer would be arthritis. I would investigate your knee joints, cartilage, and tendons.
