IF NOT BETTER SEE MD: Cause of tongue ulcer most of the time is not serious. 1canker sores, these are white and yellow blisters fills up with pus as sore grows.It can be caused by iron, b12;folic acid deficiency, stress, hormonal changes.These are not serious 2poor oral care 3cut on the tongue which gets infected but will heal with time 4infections viral or bacterial 5rarely cancer if it is not getting better see your md.

Viral ulcer: This is probably just a viral issue if it persists for another week or so get it checked out by you r local ENT good luck and feel better.
