See a dentist: Any oral lesion lasting more than 3 weeks should be checked by a dentist. If the cause or type of mouth lesion is unclear, your dentist may do some tests to help reach a diagnosis. Call your dentist today and avoid unnecessary future complications.

Tongue: Many causes for the ulcers. Sometimes the ulcers come from trauma from the teeth in that area. I would see an ENT to check them out. You may also need to see a dentist.
