A member asked:

Severe vaginal burning , ll quad pain, not uti, std, yeast, products or sex. painful/difficult urination.long endo history/ hysterectomy. kidney stone?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Atrophy?: Atrophic vaginitis or desquamative vaginitis can cause the vaginal symptoms, as can other infections besides yeast, like bacteria and viruses. The treatments are all very different, so you'd need a gyn specialist to sort it out. As far as the llq pain, it may or may not be related, but it could be caused by a stone, or an ovarian cyst. But a kidney stone wouldn't cause vaginal burning.
