Likely vaginitis: If you do not have pain with urination, a sensation of having to urinate more often, or a feeling of having to urinate immediately, then it is likely just in the vagina. Since you tested negative for STDs, it is likely that you have bacterial vaginosis, or a vaginal yeast infection. Both can cause itching/burning sensation. A visit with a primary care physician can help sort out which one this is.
