Temperature not going down much after acetaminophin given an hour and a half ago, should i worry?

You can give fluids to hydrate the child this may help reduce the fever., if it is a high fever 102 or higher you can alternate tylenol (acetaminophen) and Ibuprofen ( give tylenol (acetaminophen) then 2 hours later give Ibuprofen then 2 hours later give tylenol (acetaminophen), do not exceed recommended dosages, .
