No Problem: You can stop the tylenol (acetaminophen) now. I usually say watch for fever and fussiness in babies after immunizations. Whether to give tylenol (acetaminophen) as a preventive for fever is personal preference. I might do one dose as a preventive for your next set, then see how the baby is doing the next morning before more doses. Congrats for immunizing your baby!

StopGivingTylenol!!!: 1. That's a normal temperature 2. In babies under a year the recommended method for checking the temp is rectal to get a true measure. 3. Tylenol (acetaminophen) after shots is not always necessary and ONE dose is always enough. Please discuss with your pediatrician the appropriate dosing, frequency and duration of using tylenol (acetaminophen). Remember that a temperature less than 38' (100.4) IS NOT A FEVER.
