Allergy : You may have an allergy complex where the asthma is just a part of your whole conditon. . Usually best to get allergy tests and desensitization.

Steroid omalizumab: Very high ige levels need to rule severe asthma due to aspergillosis is treated with glucocorticoids and antigen gals. Omalizumab an anti ige monoclonal antibody might be appropriate and very helpful reducing exacerbation a and medication rrquirements.

The asthma: It is not unheard of that many people can have a very high ige level with asthma or hay fever. As mentioned previously by another doctor , severe asthma along with high ige may signify the existence of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (or mycosis). I urge you to consult a board-certified allergist asap.
