Talk to doctor: If you are healthy otherwise, it is entirely possible that the elevated IgE is from your pollen allergies. Do note that people with eczema can have IgE level in the tens of thousands IU when the skin problem flares up and in the range you described even when the condition is quiescent. Note that there are indeed other medical conditions associated with elevated IgE level.
