A member asked:

My daughter has cuts on the bottom of her toes what could it be and how do i treat it they are bleeding and the cut is quite big?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

How did she get them: Sometimes "cuts" are openings caused by fungus, other times they could be from excessively dry skin, or even from skin conditions like psoriasis. Or they could be a legitimate cut. If bleeding apply pressure, antibiotic and a bandage. That would be the acute treatment and once bleeding stops should determine the cause to provide proper treatment.
