Concerned: Twenties female with seemingly new headache pattern 2-3 times each week must understand that this symptom change needs a doctor's evaluation. This could be muscle tension headaches or something more serious. A neurologist would be the best specialist to evaluate.

Frequent headaches: If the headaches are significant, and not related to another illness, and not easily remedied, you deserve to see a physician and make sure nothing serious is causing them.
