Some concerning such as tumors, aneurysms or strokes and more commonly non life threatening issues such has migraines, tension headaches, or sinus disease. But new headaches that are staying around should be evaluated by your doctor in person. It may help to keep a headache diary to take with you when you go see your doctor.
