Are you headachey?: most headaches are a result of environment (dehydration, allergies) and tension (your muscles trying to fix the problem and tensing up). Headaches on only one side or in one place, or accompanied by changes in vision or any other of the 5 senses, or really the worse ever should be discussed with your practitioner. First try better hydration, massage, and dealing with your stressors.

Possible migraine: You may have migraine. It usually starts in teenage years. If you take pain killers too often for too long, you may develop withdraw headaches in addition to migraines.
