Cyst?: Sounds like either a benign cyst or a dermatofibroma, both nothing to worry about. However with that said, i would have it looked at to confirm this for sure.

Atrophoderma: Atrophy is where there is a loss of tissue. Derma (or dermis) is the tissue below the skin surface. Atrophoderma could result from from having had an inflammed cyst (for instance) that has resolved and caused a localized loss of the tissue below the skin.
