Scalp lump: Probably either a seborrheic cyst or if rubbery, a lipoma or possibly an occipital lymph node if in the back, or calcification. It would be best to show it to your PCP or a dermatologist to see whether it needs to be biopsied or removed. Skin cancer occurs on the scalp, too, and most can be cured if caught early.
